The Story

Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurant takes pride in serving our guests the most authentic Mexican food along with a wonderful dining experience! It all started in 1994, in Virginia when two gentlemen from the Jalisco, México had a brilliant idea to do something special with the Mexican Food.

With an exciting and delicious menu in mind and items that were sure to enchant and fascinate our customer’s taste buds. We began to expand the menu. The love and passion for Mexican food and the opportunity to expand was inevitable. We took our successful formula and the richest flavors of Mexico to other parts of Virginia, and then headed to Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The Chef has mastered the preparation of Mexican seasonings for our most authentic Mexican foods such as our classic Enchiladas, Burritos, Quesadillas, Nachos and our signature platter “Sizzling Fajitas”.
